Our process is simple and effective.
Phase 1 - discuss with decision makers to determine what end results they want to achieve
Phase 2 - analyze the team to determine gaps between the present and the desired state
Phase 3 - develop and verify an implementation plan
Phase 4 - implement the plan - during this phase, existing knowledge is drawn out and focussed upon. If knowledge does not exist, Embarkonit will teach it.
Phase 5 - attain desired goals
At the end of the process, our clients always reach their goals.
